Born in West London I moved to Aberystwth as a student and have lived in Radnorshire for the past 25 years. As well as a number of published papers on the nectar sources of UK honey I have also written on the use of geographic information in improving government service delivery.

Politically I have been involved in campaign managemnt for the Lib Dems in Wales since the eaerly 90's and designed successful campiagns for Richard Livesey, Roger Williams and Kirsty Williams  in the early part of this century.

In 2017 I was one of the few Lib Dems anywhere in the UK to take a seat off a sitting Conservative Councillor when I narrowly won Llandrindod South. Since then I have been the Scrutiny chair primarily focussed on Education.
